Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Items may be tried on but must not show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration.
Original packaging is preferred but not required.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Final sale items.
Gift cards.
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Return Process

Return Shipping Costs
Returns for Personal Reasons
If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or other non-quality-related reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items
If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Yamalin Clothes will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund after verification.
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may already be in processing or shipment and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center through reliable international logistics partners.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, local carrier operations, holidays, and other external factors.
