Return Window
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions
Items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• Free from damage, stains, or odors
• In resalable condition (original packaging is not required)

Non-Returnable Items
• Final sale items
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items damaged due to customer misuse

How to Return
1. Email us at support@yamalinclothes.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
3. Ship the item back to us (return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped)

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. Please contact us within 15 days of delivery.
